Privacy Policy — Arrow Switch
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Arrow Switch ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is developed by Soski Games. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. By downloading or using Arrow Switch, you agree to this Policy.
Arrow Switch is a casual mobile game. It does not require you to create an account or to provide your name, email address, or any personal profile information.
1. Information We Collect
We do not ask you for personally identifying information. However, to run the game, display advertising, and improve the App, the App and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Advertising ID — your Google Advertising ID (GAID), used to serve and measure ads.
- Device identifiers and information — device model, operating system version, language, and similar technical identifiers.
- IP address — used to estimate general, country-level location for ad delivery and fraud prevention. We do not collect precise or GPS location.
- Usage and gameplay analytics — anonymous in-game events (for example: game started, level completed, game over, revive used) and ad interactions, used to understand and improve the game. Outside the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics is always on. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland it stays off.
- Diagnostic and crash data — crash logs, error traces, and performance information used to fix bugs and improve stability.
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, or camera data.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the game;
- display and measure advertisements, including frequency capping;
- understand gameplay (analytics) so we can balance and improve the game;
- diagnose crashes and improve performance and stability; and
- prevent fraud and abuse.
3. Advertising and Third-Party Services
Arrow Switch uses the following third-party service providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Unity LevelPlay (ironSource mediation) and Unity Ads — serve personalized or non-personalized ads and may collect the Advertising ID and device data described above.
- Unity Analytics and Unity Cloud Diagnostics (Unity Technologies) — collect anonymous gameplay analytics and crash/diagnostic data on our behalf.
- Google User Messaging Platform (Google) — asks for and stores your privacy and consent choices, and determines whether privacy laws such as the GDPR apply in your region.
- Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google) — included with the consent tool; may process the Advertising ID, IP address and device information.
- Google Play services — process device identifiers for app distribution and security.
- Google Play In-App Review — may show Google's rating card; your review goes to Google Play, and we never see who left it.
If we add more advertising partners through Unity LevelPlay mediation, we will list them here.
Their data practices are described here:

4. Your Consent Choices (EEA, UK and Switzerland — GDPR)
When you first open the App we ask for your consent before using your Advertising ID for personalized ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland analytics stays off. If you decline personalized ads, we serve non-personalized ads. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time in Settings → Privacy choices, or by resetting your Advertising ID in your device settings.
Our legal bases for processing are your consent (for personalized advertising and analytics) and our legitimate interests (operating the game, crash diagnostics, measuring ads, and preventing fraud). You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
5. US State Privacy Rights (including California CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing the Advertising ID for personalized advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "share" under California and other US state laws. You can opt out in Settings → Privacy choices, or by limiting or resetting your Advertising ID in your device settings. Residents of these states may also request access to or deletion of their data by contacting us.
6. Children's Privacy
Arrow Switch is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. You may request deletion of data associated with your device by emailing us; the steps, and what is deleted or kept, are on our data deletion page. We will respond within one month, extendable by up to two further months for complex requests as permitted by law. You can also uninstall the game and reset your Advertising ID to stop further collection.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
